She's a lovely little dog but she's frightened in the pound, even in her enclosure which is full of puppies and small dogs she insists on sitting on top of a kennel to avoid being amongst the others. She's just anxious and needs to learn to trust and that humans can be loving toward her, as it's clear this is something she probably hasn't experienced before. She's a small dog and wirehaired but once groomed and spruced up a bit will look great. Take Frizzo for example, now he's at home in the UK he looks amazing! Thelma is stressed and needs a home, preferably a forever home but a foster home would be great too. She can fly to anywhere in Europe, message me for more details
