Found this evening on Christian Hill Road, male dog shot in his face. Local Milford PA police contacted PCHS. This dog, we've named Bugsy, is now at Valley Central Emergency. He is being cared for by their emergency department. We are in the beginning stages of the severity of his injuries. This image may be disturbing to some or many, we do apologize, however, we are seeking the owner of this dog, as well as any information as to who committed this cruel act.
